Is yours sealed bearing and 1"? What do the bearings say on the side of them? Quick! I need to phone my LBS and tell them not to mill my forks.
My bearings say:
36* x 45*
30.2 x 41 x 6.5If they're the same we should be grand. PMed.

Is this what your looking for?
http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/shimano-hp-m563-fork-crown-race-270-mm-1-inch-222-prod15210/?src=froogleI have a standard Dura Ace headset but needed a NJS crown race and it works.
Although it's black because it's on the bottom you can't really see it. -

Hmm, yeah, that'd probably work, but I'd have to wait for it to be delivered etc. As I'm a one bike kind of guy and she's out of action I'll probably just have bite the bullet and pay Lock 7 a tenner to mill the fork. It's only a fiver difference I spose.

It'd work out as £15 and wouldn't get here until Tuesday. LBS to the rescue.

I wouldn't mill the fork myself really..that was an option for me but it's a bit risky. They deliver next day when you order before 2pm.

I'm loathed to pay £15 for a wee bit of metal though. This way I can use more standard ISO headsets in future anyway.
Went and got a ISO Velo Solo Grand Cru headset and my Gazelle is milled for JIS. As sealed bearings are standardised, does anyone have an ISO fork crown race I could substitute the VO one for?
