Whattup folk. I want a beater for locking to things without caring or drawing thieves. Something old and steel, 700c wheels. SS or fixed, don't really care. 54-56 size range please. Will consider complete bike, but would prefer a frame, more fun innit.
Total budget for the whole thing is 50 quid.
