Spurs and Bayern are Jewish clubs and anyone supporting Chelsea this weekend is a Nazi.
I am a Jew yet I support Chelsea.

It seems that Liverpool are gonna be talking to a few managers not just Martinez, including Brendan Rodgers.
Also Steve Clarke has not left, he offered to resign, but it was refused.
Good move.

I was just about to post that after reading the above... Rafa and AVB also on the list... it'll be AVB as first choice I'd wager. Very glad Clarke is staying
KK told the club to keep the compensation and spend it on players, for all of you giving him shit continually he loves his club and that has to be respected. Class act.

I find that comment offensive and puerile.

Can't imagine anyone else doing that, what a guy.

So do I, more so because Xander is Jewish and I can play that trump card as well (a quarter anyway)

Anyway. Until Saturday it'd be nice to stay on topic, CL and play off final talk only.

I swear I'm going to do myself a mischief if I hear one more fucking idiot suggest Pepe Guardiola/Jose Mouriniho!!
<<<<<<<
I'll say it again: The last year has taught me why LFC is disliked so much. Why the fuck would any of these characters even consider rocking up to a midfield of Jay Spearing and Stuart Downing?? Kemlyn Rd for La Ramblas?
Aparently Rafa is NOT going to be considered for the job. The appointment of KK would make the approach of Rafa seem like we're perpetually going backward, always looking for a messiah or 'living in the past'. However given where the club currently stands I think he'd still be the outstanding candidate:
CL, Uefa cup, 2x La Ligas.I still think with Liverpool he'd still have the cachet to attract decent names though I have concerns about his personality. I'd want to see a strong number 2 or director above him.
Short term Gus would be great but I don't see why he'd wanna come.
Rykarrd: has lost his way and has been out of the game for too long.
Martinez: doesn't seem to have moved Wigan on at all. They can play outstanding stuff but a place above relegation just isn't exciting. But please stop these idiots with ideas above their Lime Street

Just to nip the Carragher thing in the bud right now: NO
He has done nothing. If he wants to be a proper manager he needs to pack his bags and get some experiences abroad.

Let me tell you the story of a poor Redshite Kenny
Who was sent to far away to Boston
To fight for his Job and his money
And also the Redshite’s back home.He was sent up to face poor Paul Henry
To account for millions in transfer funds
Where the Redsox fan’s swarm in their thousands
That know shit all of footballThe discussion started that morning
Under the Green monsters stand
I remember that poor King Kenny
Who was fired by the guys from soccer landAs he lay on Fenway Field fired fired fired
With that stupid smirk on his kite, on his kite
As he lay on Fenway Field fired fired fired
These were the words that they said.Your are a Glaswegian
We bought you from Hicks and Gillet for a steal
You lost the cup you lost the plot
You lost their quite a lot!We support the team that came in 8th
A team that we don’t know
A team that you call Red Shite Stool
And to the Champions League we will go….FFS: More words than you've posted about your own club!!

So, the mighty Liverpool FC
No Manager, no CEO, no Director of Football, no PR Chief
No goal keeping coach
No medical team
But Ian Ayre says everything is still going to plan. [/MUFC]

I think Martinez could do a decent job at Liverpool. He had a team whose star player was Gary Caldwell, and whose first-choice striker has a goalscoring record of 9 goals in 86 Premier League games, and got them playing attractive, ultimately successful football.
I'd be happy to see him do well, and try and bring a bit of class back to Liverpool.

We sit on the verge of possibly the greatest football game of our lives and all the media can bang on about it yet another sacked manager at Liverpool. Disgraceful.

fucking hell kenny dalglish you are the fucking man
how many other people would do that in this greedy self obsessed world of football we all know and love so much ... pretty much none i tells ya
fergie ... tighter than a knats chuff he would squeeze every penny out of united he could
kenny once again showing his pure class

Liverpool have more chance of getting Allardyce.
They are in Europe, they may get in again with a good performance in the fair play league.
If you mean the Champions League - then no, and I suspect it would take Jose Mourinho + eye-watering amounts of cash to do so.
