Just barely getting out the daze in whitechqpel hospital, but I have not much recollection of been mowed down by that Astra it happened after ten I think. Any info valuable, if you have witnessed it. I'd like to understand what happened. I'll be in touch with the police I'm pretty lost and confused at the moment. And out of the bike for months :(

That sucks dude. I hope you are able to shed some light on the matter. Maybe stick a poster up asking for witnesses, or check any private CCTV cams in the vicinity?
