  • Looks like a great set.
    Will be using that tmw (except for the bit with the fins).

    I've been a bit directionless in swimming recently.
    This morning was:
    500 warm up
    10 arms
    5x2 kick
    1k racepace
    500 down.

    My training aim is to have every morning be:
    500 warm up
    20 arms
    5x4 alt legs and breast
    1.5k race pace
    20 drill set
    500 down.
