Maybe the Germans should start charging more and spending more money on security and a half decent anti-hooligan programme. When i watched Frankfurt in the mid 90's (okocha time) the neo nazi element was a problem and organisedviolence was casual and accepted.

Racism and football violence only exists in England.
Turkey, Italy, Spain, Holland, Portugal, Germany, Croatia, etc. It's doesn't count, it's just friendly banter
