The only way you'll recoup anything approaching 73.7% of your outlay is by splitting the bike up and selling the parts separately. Such is the curse of custom builds at top-dollar prices... for £1400 someone would just build one up how they wanted. No matter how incredible you think it is.
Also it might be a good idea to mention its size and condition.

if you're talking specifically about an ESB then you're wrong. this is the fillet brazed version which is a lot more expensive than the tig'ed version that they're selling at the moment.
