I have a cyclefit session booked for next week,
Once you hit 40, you really do start to fall apart. Well, I have been falling apart for about 3 years now.
It was a birthday present, so not fussed about cost. decided to get something I really needed
List of complaints
3 discs in my back are worn/bulging
left knee hurts
right hip hurts
right sole hurts
left shoulder hurts
I am hoping they will fix me up so I feel like an 18 year old again, though I have my reservations. Will post my experiences after the session
