Photobucket works for me on android and is available for iphone. Take the photo and then "share" it to photobucket. Once the photo is uploaded, open the photobucket app and then open up the picture you want to post. Open up the menu and select "view links". A single click on the "direct link" copies that to the clipboard ready for pasting onto the thread.
These are the instructions for Android. I assume iphone is the same or very similar.
