Gan well road bike

Just bought a nice and white Gan Well road frameset.
Hopefully will be finished by next week or so and having trouble finding bit and bobs.
Here is the list of the build :
Frame : Gan Well (believe it's one of the last dropout bike that Mr Doi made before he passed away from cancer)
Stem & Handlebar : 3T 50th Anniversary Gold
Tape : Newbaum Cotton bar tape
Brake Lever : NOS Dura Ace 7400 non-aero
Headset : Dura Ace 7400
Cable : Alligator i-link gold
Brake : Dura Ace 7900
Bottle Cage : Elite Ciussi Inox Gel
Crankset : Dura Ace 7900 compact
Chain : Dura Ace 7900
Front mech : Dura Ace 7900
Rear Mech : Dura Ace 7900
Seatpost : Dura Ace 7400
Saddle : Kashimax NJS Five Gold 8
Bottom Bracket : Dura Ace 7900
Shifters : Downtube Dura Ace 7900 shifters
Wheelset : Currently Dura Ace C24 but hopefully sell these and get a some Ambrosio Nemesis Chris King R45 wheelset.

Part I'm desperate to get is the Dura Ace 7400 flat pedals.

Build going well..just need to cut the steerer and get the headset lodged in.

Wow.. That's also a lot of dough.. Why no brifters/STI's?

The frame was made for down tube shifters and since Shimano makes one might as well build it on that. Trying something different

Cheers. I've hit a problem. It seems that the fork is a threadless steerer, doesn't this mean that I can't use a quill stem??

Haha yes I agree with you but the stem and handlebar combo
looks oddly nice. Damn it's really odd because the steerer is 1 inch well better look for some adapters

It's your build, but I personally would use the full dura ace 7900 groupset instead of using down tube shifters. Just get some downtube cable guides and stick those dura ace 7900 shifters on.
