I rather like the idea of being able to swim and ride a bike as being a KPI for a school ; with the achievement of each being celebrated.

Mind you, I dread to think how this would emerge once it had gone through the Oftsted mangle

Of course , what I mean is that every child should have the opportunity to be able to do this . All of mine have.
