saying faking a train ticket is akin to stealing a bike is like saying downloading an album is the same as robbing it from somebody's house. Which it isn't. Nobody is losing anything. It's just that I am getting something for free. Quite different
The train company is losing something. Which then means ticket prices go up, so everyone who buys one is losing out.
