Wanted: 100mm quill stem, 26.0, removable plate.

Looking for a 100mm quill stem, 26.0, with a removable plate so I can switch bars without having to untape them. like this:

Quills only, want to keep it looking 80's ish.

I am looking for the same and all i have found with a removable plate is something on ebay which don't look too pleasing on the eye.....if you find something please let me know and i will let you know if i find something suitable.

Just phoned Condor, they only have two left - one120mm and one 115mm, both black. They're not restocking them either, so I guess it's Wiggle, unless anyone on here has something cheapy in the parts bin...
