Correct - I bought it from lightbluejosh - I thought it was a Gazelle when I bought it, but it's since been verified as a Bob Jackson
Size-wise it's pushing close to the limit, but vintage track frames rarely have long enough top tubes - PM me with pics & measurements of your raleigh - might consider it.
