I was after a light bung recently and went for the pro carbon fork expander which is 30g claimed http://www.pro-bikegear.com/publish/content/pro_2010/nl/en/index/products/headsets/headset_accessories.-productCode-PR320572.html.
Was originally after a kcnc one but couldn't be bothered to wait for shipping from the east.
