Seller here - have gotten myself an account so I can answer any questions.
Yes, the fork is not drilled but when I bought the bike I was told it could be drilled. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise as I'd have had to ride on the road to get the track. :-)

The bike has never been ridden on the road, so it's in great shape. I'm after £450, which is less than I paid for it, or earest offer. Happy to deliver in the London area (within reason).
