Old: Old lock-keeper's cottages, Old Ford Lock, Hackney Wick. From September 1992 to May 2002 the home of 'The Big Breakfast'. I understand they were purchased under a compulsory purchase order from the private owners (who were living in them) as part of the Olympic 'regeneration' and at one point slated for demolition, but now it seems they will survive. I wonder if the previous occupiers will get to buy their house back?
