Hillingdon excludes 4th cat women

i interpreted the thread as maybe inferring that women in general were being excluded, which is shite. I could of course be talking shite, in which case I would appreciate clarification as I am genuinely curious how that works.

As I understand the article it's 4th cat women being excluded from the women's racing. Which I find rather odd seeing as its a branch of the sport which needs intake at the 'lower' level.

There is always a crash in the women's scratch race at track world champs and world cups, should those elite riders also be excluded on the same grounds?
