A couple interesting, and challenging articles about the Samsung Galaxy S III. I find that I agree with both.

Was the Samsung Galaxy S III design driven by lawyers?
The first article illustrates that the new features that Samsung trumpeted, were mostly available through ICS anyway. Rather disigenuous to make as if the features were all about Samsung.
The second article shows how the (rather unattractive) design may have been to totally preempt any lawsuits by Apple, based on the physical design/look. So, the end result is a workable phone, that just doesn't look very good.
