^^ Quite easy to find online. There's a logo website I used to frequent. Had masses of logos uploaded in vector images, sadly can't remember the name though. I'll try and find it for you.
Otherwise you should be able to find the logo's online and trace them using something like illustrator. Applying them will be fairly easy, just mark out with masking tape so that you get them straight. They're too small to get any decent bubbles under.
