I think the answer to that is yes I would, especially if once the battery capacity starts reducing there is no way of replacing it. Like GA2G I want to pass my phone on or sell it when I'm done with it, not chuck it in the bin. It's pretty offensive on an environmental and sustainability level if nothing else.
