11pm and still 1 area to declare. So far Boris is on 44.26% of first preferences. Ken is 4.38% behind with 39.88%. Jenny, Brian and Siobhan have 4.56%, 4.17% and 3.82%. With the undeclared area in the Labourish north and up to 15% of second preferences to be shared out, it could go either way.
