So, interestingly, the bike is actually built by a different De Rosa (than the usual one from Milan), this one from somewhere around Naples. Found this post: http://italiancyclingjournal.blogspot.de/2009/11/other-de-rosa.html
The ad states that it's built with Columbus Maxium tubes (similar til Gilco), other than that, it doesn't really provide much information.
