Randonneur, already have a perfect picture of it in my head.
32c tyres, steel mudguard,
dynamo (internal cable routing),
front rack only, none at all on back,
custom ahead stem (with possible switch on cap for dynamo light),
low bottom bracket,
Reynolds 853 (or 631 whichever Ryan think is suitable for me),
fillet brazed with a bit of lugs.
centre pull brakes,
10spd Shimano with downtube shifter
TA Cyclotouriste 48/30 crankset (or white industries).
to name but a few, the only problem I have is decided whether to go for 700c x 32c or 650b x 42c.
