have you got the punch thing to fit them?
are they different to normal press studs - if not try haberdashers, John Lewis oxf st and Liberty, or the small places that do fastenings/findings in soho like Kleins.
maybe at that sailing supplies place on Shaftsbury Ave (Beale's? not sure of the name)
