Was fitting a Head Doctor today, did it wrong, sheared the bolt. Gave them a call, owned up, and they've popped a new one in the post free. Can't say fairer than that.

Nothing but praise for Hope after sales service.

Sent back discontinued XC hub with cracked flange and was replaced and re-built FOC.

Sent back Hope vision light with dodgy wiring (connection faulty within head unit) and all wiring on all batteries and head unit was replaced FOC and returned within 3 days.

Excellent service all round and buy from them any time - shame they don't do track hubs..........
