Calleva Road Cycling Club

I am the daughter of Albert Derbyshire who was a member of the Calleva & BBAR champion for 3 years. My dad sadly died of a stroke just short of 70 in 1987.he had a lovely orbituary in Cycling Magazine. My Mum has just gone into residential care so I now have his cups medals & lots of cycling magazines going back to the 1930's.

Perhaps this material should go to the Brooklands archive, but I think the Veteran Cycle Club should be considered.

I'm keen to see what there is, and so is at least one of my ex-Calleva contacts. I've just spoken to him, and he tells me that he had not been out on his bike today because of the bad weather. However he had done 40 minutes on his turbo. He is 87.
