I hate to be a broken record but Ivaïlo Gabrovski is an aging has-been with a dodgy past riding for a Turkish team. Stinks to high heaven.
I think you're right, Gabrovski is so dodgy, and I've no doubt he's on EPO, but I can't help but enjoy the racing that I've seen over the last week. The terrain has been spectacular, there have been attacks all over the place, breaks have succeeded and the pro teams haven't had it all their own way. It's been racing on guts and aggression (and drugs), and It's been great to watch.
If (when) Gabrovski fails a drugs test then it'll cast a shadow over what's been a great race, but until that happens I'm just going to enjoy the show!
