I also raced the circuit yesterday. Of all the circuits, it's not my favourite though I will be back to give it a go in better weather and once I've done some more racing this year (that was my first race yesterday after over 18 months off). A bit too artificially selective imo with all those 180 degree turns.
The pavilion was already supposed to be completed which is why the portacabin clubhouse has disappeared leaving the place pretty rudimentary. I think the current finish date is end of May.
The normal start-finish line is near the bridge, so about halfway up the long draggy climb. Yesterday given the conditions, it made more sense to put the line nearer the parking lot.
Track is definitely better than Hog HIll in terms of punctures, there were probably only half a dozen yesterday whereas HH would have had half the field! That's due to the surrounding ground though -- clay/mud rather than flinty bits.
