Thats neat do Tokyo Fixed Gear not do it?
Anyway the best place for difficult to get parts in this country (there are loads in the States but the psotage is prohibative so is the tax) are SJS cycles http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/other-brake-spares-dept356/
