For Sale: Dutch bike (+ forum donation) and bargin pedals, saddles and levers.

Selling stuff for holiday, other projects, bills, beer, food and all the other clichés.

1) A Gazelle Premier Dutch bike, seat tube - 57 cm, top tube - 60 cm. SOLD

Amsterdammer bike from Holland, don't know a lot about it, inherited it. Very solid bike and would make a good, comfortable commuter. Quite new tyre at the rear (<100 miles), bearings and chain-line seem good, drum brakes, has a dynamo!

Bad bits:

• Meant to have 3 in-hub gears but only one is working, so technically a single speed……
  
• Missing chain tensioner on one side can just tighten axel though.
  
• The left crank came loose when someone else was riding it and they limped it home, therefore the left crank is a bit mashed, BB spindle looks OKish. My sprocket does not fit in to tighten it up but that may work.
  
  

I don’t have the time to fix it up but it could make a very handsome bike.

I am going to say £80 ONO with a 10% donation to the forum, let me know if that is too high but I don’t know a lot about these Dutch bikes.

2) White Rayleigh Saddle.

Quite a few scratches but works, £5.

3) Beater SPD shimano pedals.

Bearings are a bit rubbish but they work if you need a pair quickly, £5.

4) Black Plastic Pedals.

Very Ronseal, work like they should, £5.

5) Simple levers.

BMX style, 22.2 mm clamp, £5.

6) 2 x 20 inch inner tubes, ordered them by accident 3 quid each or £5 for the pair.

All the items are near Shadwell, E1, and can be viewed. Everything except the bike can be picked up from near Euston / Warren Street during the day.
