They say the ceramic OP's will wear down pads much quicker than a standard aluminum brake track rim.
These green swisstops are the recomeneded pad to use with the ceramic OPs, cause of their durability.
The catch is they're usually compatible with shimano/sram only.
They do a new campy version called 'Race Pro' but it's only for 2011 and later models.
When you order these make sure that your calipers are compatible.more info here:

you need the green Aztecs or similar
I don't think Koolstop ceramic pads are sold any more (they were blue)
See these:-

should do the job!
It isn't the wear you should worry about, ordinary pads will not work in the rain.
At all.

So I will need some new pad holders as well then, as they don't seem to make ceramic brake blocks. Just the inserts
Okay thats more to add to the list when I get these built up...
The 60quid I paid for them is gowing rapidly what with the extras I will need to build them up and stop them.

I have some Veloce Skelton brakes with the solid brake blocks.
Recently I won some open Pro ceramics on ebay, is it possible to get a ceramic block for these brakes or will I have to get a new pad holder + ceramic pads ?
BTW these are the brakes :
