I liked it. The burger was bloody good. Seriously, I'm fussy about burgers, and I was surprised. That is a serious burger. Really delicious. Unfortunately the chips were slightly undercooked, I think the kitchen was busy and they were rushing to get food out a bit. I would rather have waited another minute or two. Undercooked chips are eminently fixable though, especially as the staff are all so nice and the service good.
A nice selection of well kept, not unreasonably priced beers. The Longitude was excellent. And they have Brew Dog! Shame about the football, but a table reserved at the back would have dealt with that. I look forward to next week when we have a reserved table and there shouldn't be footie on.
A lot of people have mentioned the A2, the noise didn't seem to bother anyone when everyone happily decamped outside at one point. I think Reeeeeeeeen's point about it not being nice to ride down is more valid. And come summer it will actually be warm! But the park looks good anyway.
