Hearing reports on Twitter that there's been a collision involving cyclist(s) but nothing definite yet. Also mentions that this is the junction TfL have just 're-designed'.
Hoping nobody is injured and all are safe.

Unclear whether the person with 'brain injuries' is cyclist or the motorcyclist. Either way, bad times. -

Air ambulance was just taking off as I came through at 9:00.... Must have been there a while as the traffic was backed up all the way to the top of Tulse Hill.
Good luck to the injured parties.

Air ambulance arrived at 9am and took off at 10.05am. My office is opposite the landing site.

TfL should make this a 20mph stretch through Brixton Town Centre, that junction gets really hectic in the morning. I cycled past minutes after the collision and saw the bicycle looking unscathed but I just went out for lunch and its still closed there are clothes everywhere and they police are taking pictures, my thoughts are with the riders, lets hope they pull through.

According to the Brixton Blog, no cyclist was involved. It was a motorcyclist v pedestrian and the motorcyclist is fighting for his life: http://www.brixtonblog.com/brixton-road-closed-after-serious-collision-outside-police-station/

It's a dangerous spot... No doubt
Not sure if cyclists involved, but I saw at least two bikes laying on the pavement, a motorcyclist helmet laying in the road and an X68 bus with hazzard lights on.
Air ambulance in attendance and the strip of road between the police station and the end of the shops is cornered off for both traffic and pedestrians. At least two ambulances also there.
Hope it's not as serious as it was looking.
