Thanks to dandy.... I've re-measured the frame. I've made a mistake (partly due to the fact that this frame from Ribble has 3.5cm of seat tube above the top tube.

So seat tube c-t 56cm, top tube c-c 56cm, head tube 13cm

(The frame on sale has the same geometry but no eyelets for mudguard)
