Wanted: Track Fork

I am having trouble finding a track fork with the following spec:

• lugged steel
  
• 1" threaded
  
• 200mm steerer (with approx 35mm thread)
  
• flat or nearly flat crown
  
• for 700c wheels
  
• 100mm spacing (obvs)
  
• drilled or drillable for a brake
  
  

If anyone's got one or has a good idea of where I could find one pleae let me know.
