Definitely loving living in Holland... Beautiful bikes abound. I'm mostly looking for myself but any sales i make here will go a small way to compensating for the fact i had my art project funding cut 2 days before i left, and I will make a donation to forum also. If anyone sees something in the rotterdam area they might want picked up on their behalf get in touch and we could sort something out also (bear in mind I don't have a car!)
For your riding pleasure here is a fully original Benotto Modolo 2500-second only to the modolo 3000 in their catalogue of the time and definitely very nice.
Full shimano 600 6 speed indexed groupset, cinelli bar/stem, nice turbo saddle, chrome fork with benotto pantograph crown, panto'd stays and dropouts, heart cut-out on bottom bracket and very nice Columbus tubing. Looks like original pads and the Benotto branded rims have barely any wear so looks like it has only seen minor use before being stored. All makes for a light, very responsive and classy vintage ride!
Paint overall is very good-some small chips as you would expect and rubs on decals but still sound and not much by way of patina anywhere... good to ride.
£withdrawn (from Holland), paypal gift please. Bike will need some disassembly for packing but will be packed secure and with tracking. Additional insurance up to you but will be extra.
