Meanwhile at least one individual who has been face to face with me twice in the last month can't bring himself to voice his opion to me face to face but takes to the forum. I would be seriously ashamed if i was them.

If you were face to face and are so concerned about the situation, why didn't you bring the subject up, and if the individual was at work, perhaps they were just trying to get on with their job.
