track hubs generally have solid axles and nuts, a narrower rear axle (120mm), and most importantly have a screw-on threading for a single cog, with, and this is the important bit, a smaller counter thread to accommodate the all important lock nut, which is snugged down 'on top' of the single cog.

if you don't know this jonty, should you be selling to 'unsuspecting punters'?

sprints can also be used to describe actual track tubs too
