just how bend are the forks? are they both bent so that the wheel will still sit fine and central between the forks?

Old Herne Hill 'spare' tatty track frame (builder unknown but build for a shop), measured 57cm square, designed for 27" wheel, but can take up to 38c (700c) tyres like a Surly Steamroller.
Included seatpost (27mm I think) and Cinelli Unicanitor that I've stripped the cover from, look pretty shiny and new, headset and BB is included.
fork a bit bent, but got it checked out and perfectly fine to ride on everyday, would make a great little beater with big tyres.
£75, pick up Central London, near Condor Cycles.
