I've had some Dickies Eisenhower trousers as work trousers for a while now and they're very tough. I used to sweep chimneys and fit stoves so they got covered in all sorts of nasty stuff and were washed alot but they still look good. I've also got a work jacket by Snickers which is pretty tough.
