You sure it is a 56cm TT....C2C?....Pardon my ignorance but what do mean by w/slammed?.....Are the fork blades round or oval? did you use a front brake with it?....If you did how did the fork behave when braking?.....Toe overlap?....Head tube length?......27.2mm seatpost? .........i'm very interested.

wheel slammed all the way into track ends, to show the tightest clearance possible.

That's what it was sold to me as, but I'll give it a check with a tape measure tomorrow.
Toe overlap was never a massive issue for me, oval fork blades iirc, but again, will check, head tube length will check, 27.2 seatpost, no problems braking.

Lovely frame very tempted, i don't think the picture does it justice. I want to say good luck with the sale, but secretly i'm hoping its still available in 2 weeks time so i can buy it myself!

Ok... a provisional dibs .....i'll send you a pm in a moment.
Provisional due to waiting for answers to above questions but also because i hope to sell my frame to Kennaway on Monday and require the ££ from that sale to fund this one.
Furthermore.....i live in the alternative academic bastion known as Cambridge...so also depending on whether or not you will post the frame.
Has the frame been resprayed? Allister might have told you or not.....As the standard San Remo frame colour was a light blue.......Is there a metal head tube badge as it is not clear.from the angle of your pics?

Did this sell? Interested if not...
-
• #14
it didn't only because the owner of the said frame 'changed his mind' about selling it!..perhaps he will change it again....the mysteries of the mind!

Ha, fair does... to be fair it is hard to let go of nice frames...
For sale is the track frame below...provenance - used by somebody who used to ride up at Meadowbank, donated there, and then bought by me from the velodrome through the forum's very own allister.
Frame is 53 seat tube (very slight poss. of a 54, but I will check) and
a 56 on the top tube.
Lovely frame - Campag Ends, Cinelli shell, Campag Headset, Cinelli lugs as well. Generic BB off my Fuji used to run my 75s. Front forks drilled, rear bridge not.
Some scratches which, being my daily bike, have picked up some very superficial rust, but there are no dents, dings, or other issues.
Selling as I'd like to ride a lo-pro for a bit whilst I'm young and don't have any back problems!
Pictures here...can provide more detailed ones tomorrow.
Rear clearance that is possible w/slammed rear wheel
I'm looking for £190 with the headset and BB - this is slightly more than I paid for the frame, but I had to drive to pick it up, and will most likely have to pay for a train into London to drop it off, so I think that's fair.
