Any chance you could part company with the frame for a large pile of wonga?

The frame has now gone, apologies - should have updated the thread.
I recently bought this as a project for my girlfriend but the size is a touch too big.
Lovely frame and forks by J F Wilson - based in Sheffield and Est. in 1948, at a guess i would say this probably dates from the mid 70's and was built for track/TT in original flamboyant paint and decals, some touch ups but no dings or dents etc. Uncertain of tubing but nice qaulity, probably Reynolds 531 plain gauge - seat post is 26 'something' and would be included.
Size ctc 52cm seat tube, 54cm tob tube, 120mm rear spacing, track dropouts.
Ideally i'm looking to trade for a track frame, something with a 52cm top tube in 50/51/52cm seat tube. Prepared to add money if needs be or potentially swap for a complete bike, specifically Fuji Feather or a Langster.
