  • Yes yes yes it worked :)

  • Good ol' SE draft, had one of those for my first SS/fixed gear, that bike changed my life, didn't even know or care what a fixed gear was back then, just wanted a fast easy version of my ss-dj bike, then i tried out fixed and never went back.

My current bike 2 years ago, the before and the later.

  • thats really nice dude

  • I've just started riding clipless. Went out and did about 8 miles last night. Haven't fallen over trying to clip out yet. It's going to take a while to get used to the feel of it. I went with Look Keo Easy pedals just to start off with. Will probably upgrade pretty soon. Here's to increased efficiency!

  • Nice! Interested in some Look Keos instead of SPD-SL's. Might give them a try.

they're pretty much the same pedal to be honest mate, although the shimanos have a slightly larger platform.

  • Commute gearing and anti-slammed stem set up. Finally gone clipless. Put the Halo Aerotrack I had lying about on the back. The spokes on the Open Pro kept snapping. Pretty sure this wheel is about the same weight but deeper section too. Aero gains. Also, note the beautifully arranged reflective strips.

  • Nice man, i plan to try some look pedals out soon to, found some at action 21, just need the cleats.

  • Summer build is a go!

Just pulled the trigger on this for a "cheap" summer light tourer. A little dubious about the size, but hopefully it's not too big...

I'll find out late next week I expect!

  • What size is it?

  • Hopefully my size ;)

-Seat tube centre to centre 51.5cm

-Seat tube centre to top 57cm

-Head tube centre to centre 54cm

    -Rear dropout spacing 130mm – 8/9/10/11 speed

    -English thread bottom bracket

-1” threaded fork steerer English thread

    -26.2mm seatpin size

  • Is that an Edge?

  • Also it looks just my size ; )

  • GT Rave. Dates to about 1998 apparently.

  • Looks quite big compared to your track frame :/ (can't remember what that was called) i hope it fits you to! will turn out nice

  • I'm riding a 61cm seat tube....

    Nice wheels!

  • Should be fine size wise. The question is, did it come with those wheels?

  • I think Steve said it doesn't.

  • I just want the front....

  • No, sadly no shamals... frame was just under £60 and only £10 shipping so a bargain I think :)

  • I have a spare FSA headset if you need one. It's kind of brutal as it's for a mtb but works well.
