Fitting threaded headset - Can anyone help?

Anyone in the town centre got the gear to remove the cups and fit a new threaded headset?

I've tried the trusty hammer and screwdriver to remove the old ones but I dont want to damage anything and figured best to get it done properly with the correct tools!

Can anyone help me out for some beer tokens?

I have press, but not cup remover, and am not central today. Sorry. Hope you find someone to help out - maybe try that new bike park place under the arches for a quick bit if help?

i made my own from a piece of copper pipe. spreads the load so wont flare the headtube and worked well (its broken now but lasted about 5 headset removals)

like this:

i only cut mine down the middle to make 2 sides not 3
