70's Holdsworth, Fixed or Gears?

Those wheels were built to flip from side to side with no need for dishing. Problem is that it looks odd with the radical dishing. Be best to find a double fixed wheel if you could. I have set out to use a G/F hub for fixed and then ended up taking a DF from another bike as the wheel looks balanced.

obviously i'd cut the bits off. I've got an axe in the spare room
no powdercoat though as it's nearly GBB already

redishing is something i know nothing about, i guess that could decide it for me
