personally i think we should start by killing CEO's of the top 100 companies in each country
move on to the prime ministers / first ministers of each country and ALL royalty the world over
that'll get their attention
top bosses should receive a max of 20x the lowest salary .. that number is can't say i have looked at too in depth but it seems to be being bandied around by groups of right meaning people
