Doesn't that just mean you like the seasoning and could leave the tofu behind? Why not just put the seasoning on a good bit of beef or chicken?

Oh and the less argumentative answer is basically the same as why people cycle: cost (meat is expensive, in a number of ways), health (overdosing on meat certainly isn't good for you) sustainability and the environment.
