  • I don't mind tofu when it has been deep fried and is served with sweet chilli dipping sauce as the texture changes to a pleasant chewy one (a bit like haloumi) from one that is too like congealed snot for my liking.

    If it's properly prepped, ie the whole squashing it between heavy objects for 30 mins or whatever, it has less of the congealed snot texture ;)
