Good evening.
I have managed to buy some pretty bargain forks, but with a small potential problem.
I was given some info by a third party saying id get away with a 170mm steerer length on my frame (130mm head tube with alpina integrated headset). So I have a headtube+headset length (top of dust cap) of145mm. Leaving only 25mm of steerer stick out above the headset dust cap jobby.
So the real question is...what 1 1/8th stems would be safe with this set up (a pretty low steerer stack height...25mm).
